AGE Balance Solutions is a Connecticut-based company focused on identifying, evaluating, and developing U.S. opportunities for measurement technologies relevant to longevity, preventive health, wellness, and health optimization.
Bridging promising technology and practical implementation
Advances in measurement technologies are creating new ways to characterize specific aspects of health, physiology, function, and aging. But scientific promise alone does not guarantee that a technology will be understood, positioned responsibly, or implemented effectively.
AGE Balance Solutions was created to help bridge those worlds — combining scientific evaluation with international commercialization experience and a growing understanding of the U.S. longevity and preventive-health landscape.
Our longer-term goal is to build a complementary portfolio of technologies that provide meaningful information across multiple dimensions of health and aging.
Elena Chirkova, PhD
Founder & CEO
Elena combines scientific training in molecular biology, including biology of aging research, with nearly three decades of entrepreneurship and international experience in technology commercialization, distribution, and market development.
Her experience includes working with international manufacturers and developing markets for scientific and health-related technologies.
Yaro Markov, PhD
Co-Founder & COO
Yaroslav is a computational biologist with a PhD from Yale University. His scientific work has included developing biomarkers of aging and computational methods to study them.
At AGE Balance Solutions, he focuses particularly on scientific evaluation and the evidence underlying emerging measurement technologies.
Clinical Perspective
We also draw on clinical advisory expertise from Harvard-trained board-certified physician with deep understanding of immunology and clinical trials. This advisory perspective helps inform consideration of scientific evidence, clinical context, and potential real-world applications of technologies evaluated.
